The second you meet Louis Alkana you feel his warmth and integrity. He says that “listening to a clients’s needs” is his key to success as well as his love for building relationships. Louis’ years of experience in a challenging property industry have taught him that the client’s needs come first. He also brings a wealth of experience as a property valuer for Nedbank – a skill that allows him to offer you the buyer or the seller, excellent advice and property know-how on a level not covered by most agents. As a property valuers, Louis has been a registered member of the South African Council of Property Valuers Profession since 1993. He is also a registered member of the Institute of Valuers.
As principal agent of Aaron Properties, Louis brings his years of experience in sourcing excellent commercial properties. His experience as a valuer helps with pricing and sourcing commercial properties that tick all the boxes for his clients. Louis qualified as an Estate Agent in 1990, member of the Institute of Estate Agents and holds an NQF 5 with the EAAB.
